Changes in administration of "Droga Kolinska" - Slobodan Vučićević appointed as President of company's new, two-member management

At yesterday's (September 1st, 2009) meeting, the Supervisory Council of "Droga Kolinska" Group adopted the decision about returning the management of "Droga Kolinska" to the same state as it had been prior to December 2008. The new two-member management consists of Slobodan Vučićević, the President, and Enzo Smrekar, a member.

Slobodan Vučićević has been the President of the administration of stock company "Droga Kolinska" and the President of "Droga Kolinska" Group to the date, and he will just keep performing his regular duties.

Enzo Smrekar has, so far, been a member of the administration of stock company "Droga Kolinska", and he will keep performing duties of the Chief Business Director of "Droga Kolinska" Group. He is in charge of marketing and production of business programmes, as well as sales territories.

- We have decided to take this step in order to ensure greater efficiency, quicker decision making, and reduction, that is, rationalization of costs - said the President of the Supervisory Council of stock company "Droga kolinska", Bogdan Topič, after the meeting of the Supervisory Board.

- I am happy with the fact that I am still able to further develop and strengthen operations of "Droga Kolinska". Our business results are solid, and our strong trademarks and quality staff will continue to grow and go forward. My opinion is that the fact that company "Droga Kolinska" will not be offered for sale within the next few years is more important than the decision that was adopted today. That gives us stimulus to continue our development - said Slobodan Vučićević, new and old President of the administration of "Droga Kolinska".

Enzo Smrekar said that the change in size of the administration should not be the focus of attention. - The most important thing is that we are going to end this difficult business year as we planned, which will be a great success. I am sure that we will keep operating successfully in the future, and in accordance with our development strategy.
