New contact center of Tax Administration of Serbia - simple communication via telephone and e-mail

"Algotech", one of Serbia's largest system integrators in field of contact centers and corporate telephony, is going to deliver and implement a new contact center in the Tax Administration of Serbia.

The new contact center will modernize and make the communication between the Tax Administration and citizens easier. The citizens will be able to get all the information and do many things by using telephone or mail, while the Tax Administration will utilize the systems that enable productive work of operators, control of quality of communication with tax payers, as well as IP telephone system for communication between the contact center and other offices of the Tax Administration.

The project will be finished by the end of year 2009, and it is financed by the Delegation of European Commission in Serbia.
