Neminik Belgrade produces advanced welding equipment – Robot Panasonic TS 950 SuperFast presented at Technics Fair

(Robot Panasonic TS TS 950 SuperFast) The Belgrade-based company Neminik has been operating successfully since 1992. Initially a small commerce business, whose main activity was distribution of additional welding materials, Neminik is now one of the leading companies for welding materials, devices and equipment.

At the Fair of Technics and Technical Achievements held in Belgrade, Neminik presented advanced welding equipment with a special focus on the robotization of the welding process and highly efficient welding inverters.

– Robot Panasonic TS 950 SuperFast, with maximum welding speeds, is implemented in high serial production for the needs of the car industry. The other robot cell was of a flexible type, for the general industry, for the welding of various constructions – Neminik says for eKapija.

As they say, Panasonic TAWERS integrated technology, where one processor controls the movement of the robot, the peripheral devices and the welding parameters, allows for high-speed communication and the management of the stability of the welding arc in real time.

– This results in 20-25% higher productivity compared to standard robot welding systems – the company says.

(Selco GreenWave technology) The Selco GreenWave technology of highly efficient inverters for welding was also presented at the fair. These devices allow for 20-50% energy savings compared to trafo devices and inverters that don’t feature the technology.

As the company Neminik says, the fair was a good opportunity to make new contacts, which lead to the realization of jobs in a short or long period.

– It’s important to note that it is apparent that there are more visits from the region, which can also lead to jobs. In the upcoming period, we plan to introduce the economy to the advantages of robot welding systems, facilitate implementation in their production processes and provide support in training the workforce. With high productivity, quality and the level of industrialization provided by robots, our companies could be competitive in the global market – Neminik says for our portal.
