"Telefonija" to sell "Beotelnet"

Company "Telefonija" made the decision at the stockholding assembly, which was held on June 25, 2009, about sale of majority share in dependent company "BeotelNet".

The aim of this sale is to improve the company’s solvency, as well as that the moment of deregulation in the providers market be used. Also, the decision was made about payment of dividends to stockholders in gross amount of 37m RSD, plus 56.6m RSD once "BeotelNet" is sold.
