"Takovo osiguranje" to increase capital by 25m RSD

- "Takovo osiguranje" will issue 25,000 common stocks whose nominal value is 25m RSD - the Kragujevac-based insurance company announced on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

By increasing the capital, "Takovo osiguranje" plans to strengthen financial capacities, as well as to timely eliminate the risks related to differences in exchange rates in regard to insurance of basic capital, stipulated by the Law.

Nominal value of stocks from the 6th issue is 1,000 RSD, while the selling price for those with the priority in purchase amounts to 3,889 RSD. The price for stockholders without the priority in purchase and all other interested is 4,321 RSD.

Deadline for registration of stocks for the stockholders with the priority in purchase is June 29, while the registration for all others starts on June 30th and lasts until July 8th.

The share of "Takovo osiguranje" in the insurance market in Serbia, which gathers 21 insurance companies, amounts to 3.39%.

Trading in stocks of "Takovo osiguranje" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange started at the end of year 2005. At the moment, that security costs 3,520 RSD, which is also its minimum price over the last year, while its maximum price amounted to 6,950 RSD and was registered in August 2008.

The value of market capitalization of "Takovo osiguranje" is about 1.47 billion RSD.
