Slovenian Kolektor to employ 2,000 people in Prijedor

Mayor of Prijedor Milenko Djakovic announced on Friday, March 1, that the Slovenian concern Kolektor would employ 2,000 people in this town.

– I believe that we will thereby make young people decide to stay here – Djakovic told the press in Prijedor after visiting the construction site of the company's production facility in Industrial Zone Celpak.

He announced that Kolektor would build another two production facilities in Prijedor in the upcoming years.

– We are initiating the production of machines in B&H, which means that we will have better jobs, jobs for engineers – said the director of Kolektor CCL, Predrag Zoric.

Kolektor produces commutators for the car industry and tools for its machines and the external market.
