Komercijalna Banka launched new electronic service for broker companies

Komercijalna Banka has introduced a new electronic service - "restricted online account" (NROL), which is intended for broker companies. This service makes it possible for brokers to have insight in coverage of the account - available funds on the restricted account of the client for procurement of securities, in real time. The use of this service will significantly simplify and accelerate trading process on the stock exchange.

The advantages of "restricted online account" for both broker companies and clients of the bank and broker companies are numerous. Investors, the buyers of securities on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, do not have to go to the bank any more to check the balance on their accounts and forward the information to their brokers. Instead, electronic information are available within the scope of new, protected electronic system. The procedure for provision of certificates for the clients is now simple and quick. The service is accessed by a click on custody online banner on the website of the bank - www.kombank.com, with previous identification by means of the certificate on USB flash memory.

The bank and a broker company have to sign the contract on use of NROL application. The use of service is free of charge for broker companies.

New function, so-called "netting option", should be introduced soon within this service, and it will enable the use of funds from sold securities for new procurements on the stock exchange. The broker companies that have such IT capacities will be able to exchange the data with the bank on available funds for trading in stocks, for the needs of integration with the information system of the broker company.
