Great interest in factory of canned fruits and vegetables "Delišes"

After the Privatization Agency has announced the public invitation for sale of 100% of capital of Fruits and Vegetables Canning Factory with a plantation and Juice Factory on June 26th, 2009, in Vladičin Han, based on the decision of the Assembly of agricultural combine "Delišes" in restructuring, several potential buyers from the country and abroad expressed interest.

The starting selling price of the Fruits and Vegetables Canning Factory with a plantation amounts to 2,211,000 EUR. In this case, the deposit for participation is 221,000 EUR. The starting price of Juice Factory at the auction will be 1,897,000 EUR, while the deposit that must be paid by the potential buyers amounts to 190,000 EUR. In both cases, the fee for dossier amounts to 3,000 EUR.

Future owner of the rest of the property of "Delišes" will be able to settle his obligations in six installments, the first of which must amount to minimum 30% of the total price. By the way, the future owner of the Canning Factory will also get, among the rest, a part of the administrative building at 750 square meters, 12 facilities at 9,436 square meters, a pool for raw materials with the capacity of 6,000 cubic meters, the main boiler room and vast surfaces of public-owned land.

There are seven facilities and fruit plantations in nearby village of Žitorađa. In addition to the administrative building, there are also mechanical workshop, gas station, warehouses, the facility of irrigation system in Prekodolac, warehouse in Belo Polje, on the territory of municipality of Surdulica, as well as orchards at tens of hectares in Žitorađa, Prekodolac, Beliševo and other villages in this region.

Juice Factory, which is significantly "younger" than Fruits and Vegetables Canning Factory, goes in the package with 12 facilities at 10,714 square meters, which include production unit, warehouses, pumping systems for chemical water treatment, wastewater treatment station, etc.

Deadline for submission of written bids is June 17th. By the way, future owners of "Delišes" have the obligation to take over remaining hundred workers. The process of ownership transformation of capital in AC "Delišes" in Vladičin Han was started eight years ago. The first tender was unsuccessful, as well as several attempts of auction sale. The factory of concentrate and pulp was sold at the public auction to company "Nectar", and that is the only former part of "Delišes" that is still in operation.
