"Takovo osiguranje" to register 25,000 stocks from new issue

Insurance company "Takovo osiguranje" from Kragujevac has announced the invitation today (June 5, 2009) for registration and purchase of 25,000 common stocks from the sixth issue whose total nominal value is 25m RSD.

According to the ad that was published in newspaper Politika, the stockholders with the priority in purchase will be able to buy stocks at the authorized price of 3,889 RSD per stock in the period between June 9 and 29.

All interested citizens will be able to buy the remaining stocks at the price of 4,321 RSD in the period June 30 - July 8th.

According to the data provided by the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the price of stocks of "Takovo osiguranje" reached the amount of 3,520 RSD on April 22nd, and no trading in these securities has been registered ever since.

"Takovo osiguranje" issued total of 419,488 common stocks, and the current market value of the company's stock capital is 1.48 billion RSD.

"Takovo osiguranje" ended the last year with about 65m RSD worth of losses.

According to the data provided by the Central Securities Registry, the largest share of the stocks of "Takovo osiguranje" is owned by Dragan Jovović - 18.4% of total number of stocks.
