Commencement of negotiations with only bidder for "Elektroporcelan"

- The Tender Commission has approved of the negotiations with the consortium that submitted the only bid for takeover of Aranđelovac-based company "Elektroporcelan" in restructuring - the Privatization Agency announced.

The consortium comprises Ukrainian company "Color S.I.M." and Belgrade-based companies VTV Makler and VTV Insulator.

The condition for participation in the tender for sale of 99% of capital of "Elektroporcelan" was that the bidder had been producing ceramic insulators or insulation tools for minimum three last years and that it had registered incomes of minimum 3m EUR in 2007.

That was the third tender for sale of the factory in Aranđelovac, and previous two were declared as unsuccessful because there were no interested buyers.
