Jagodinska Pivara still without owner – New bid submission deadline February 18

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put Jagodinska Pivara in bankruptcy up for sale through a public collection of bids once again.

The property of Jagodinska Pivara – malt, beer, yeast and non-alcoholic drink factories, has been estimated at RSD 711 million, and the public opening of bids has been scheduled for February 18 at the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency at the Bankruptcy Center in Belgrade.

The bid submission deadline is February 18 at 10.45 am, and the public opening takes place at 11 am.

Let us remind that Jagodinska Pivara was not sold at the previous attempt in December, as nobody had paid the deposit of RSD 142.2 million, the Bankruptcy Center in Belgrade announced.

The most important property of the bankruptcy debtor includes the business complex in Jagodina (the factory complex with 41 facilities).

Also on offer are the business and storage facilities in Nis, Krusevac and Pozarevac, as well as the brewery’s equipment and receivables.
