Azotara Pancevo declared bankrupt

The Commercial Court in Pancevo reached the decision on the bankruptcy of HIP Azotara d.o.o. in bankruptcy on December 18. As said, the deadline period of 90 days from the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings had expired without anyone submitting a reorganization plan.

The complaint period is eight days, and complaints may be submitted to the Commercial Appellate Court in Belgrade.

If no complaints are sent, the decision becomes final and the monetization of the company’s property to the end of settling liabilities towards the creditors will follow.
