Half of members of Board of "Lovćen osiguranje" replaced
The Assembly of stockholders of "Lovćen osiguranje" accepted resignations of three members of the company’s Board of Directors yesterday (May 11, 2009) and appointed new members to that body.
The resignations were submitted by the President of the Board, Radoje Žugić, and members Andrej Kocič and Damjan Mihevc.
New members of the Board are Igor Stebernak and Miha Grlec, the representatives of majority owner "Triglav osiguranje", and Marina Milačić, the representative of Montenegrin Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
Other members of the Board of Directors are Borut Eržen and Mišo Dubljević, the representatives of the majority owner, Dragan Lajović, the representative of Montenegrin Development Fund, and Bratislav Vukčević, the representative of the Employment Institute.
"Triglav" and its partner companies own nearly 51% of stocks of "Lovćen osiguranje", 41% of stocks are in the possession of the state-owned funds, while HLT fund has 4.6% of stocks.
