New sale of HI Prvi Maj – Initial price lowered to RSD 100 million

Hemijska Industrija Prvi Maj Cacak will try to find a new owner at the second public bidding, as the bankruptcy supervisor has once again put the company up for sale as a legal entity.

The initial price has been lowered from previous attempts (RSD 160.5 million, RSD 140 million, RSD 120 million) to RSD 100 million.

The property consists of 28 lots.

In addition to production facilities, there are also the water recirculation pool, the hydrant network, a paved parking lot, and internal traffic route and the water pumping station.

Furthermore, the offer includes the accompanying facilities and equipment for the production of styrofoam, paints, facades, powdered products, adhesives and other chemical products for the construction industry.

The sales documentation further lists supplies of finished products, materials, spare parts and small inventory, in line with the specifications from the evaluation of the property of the bankruptcy debtor, the ad says. The offer also includes claims and deposit payments, as well as intellectual property rights.

The total surface of the facilities, without the traffic routes, is 10,582 sqm.

The new public bidding will be held on January 31, 2019, at 12 o’clock, at the premises of HI Prvi Maj in Cacak.
