Contract signed for sale of Temerin-based Factory of ball bearings
The Privatization Agency has signed the contract on sale of Factory of ball bearings (FKL) from Temerin to the consortium whose members are company "ZAO Tehnika servis" from Voronjež and Dragan Rodić.
The factory is sold at the price of 1m EUR, and the buyer is obliged to invest 1.5m EUR in it.
The new owner of FKL was the only bidder on the tender for sale of 70% of that company’s capital, which was announced in July 2008.
FKL produces and sells ball bearings for vehicles, agricultural machines, building machines and mining equipment, and it exports products to the countries in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. The factory has about 560 workers.
