Festival of Sausages, Pork Crisps, Blood Sausages and Scrapple on November 23-25 at Novi Sad Fair

(Illustration) The first November Fest – the Novi Sad Festival of Sausages, Pork Crisps, Blood Sausages and Scrapple will be held from November 23 through 25 at the Novi Sad Fair, Gastro Hall 6, and will bring together producers of meat and preserved meat products from the entire region.

On Friday, November 23, music band Garavi Sokak will play a free show.

During this free festival, guests will be able to enjoy the music of tambura ensembles, as well as performances by folk ensembles from Vojvodina.

Visitors will be able to witness the process of making sausages, pork crisps, blood sausages and scrapple.

As a special event, the organizers announce the sausage-making contest, where teams from Vojvodina villages, Novi Sad neighborhoods, media, companies and sports clubs will compete against each other.
