Assignment of Portfolio of Claims of five banks in Serbia for a fee advertised

The Deposit Insurance Agency has advertised the assignment of the Portfolio of Claims of five banks as bankruptcy debtors, for a fee, through the public collection of bids.

These are claims toward legal entities and they belong to PB Agrobanka Belgrade, nominal value EUR 11,983,803, Nova Banka Belgrade, nominal value EUR 119,238,443, Univerzal Banka Belgrade, nominal value EUR 33,946,854, Privredna Banka Belgrade, nominal value EUR 14,729,744, as well as Razvojna Banka Vojvodine Novi Sad, nominal value EUR 8,844,381.

The Agency also has claims on the behalf of the Republic of Serbia, in the nominal value of EUR 53,649,314.

Interested persons need to buy out the tendering documentation by November 30, 2018, for RSD 180,000.

After a legal and economic analysis, interested participants will be invited to submit binding offers for the purchase of the Portfolio, with December 7, 2018, as the deadline.
