The bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised a new sale of a part of the movable and immovable property of the Hotelsko-Turisticko Preduzece Fontana in Vrnjacka Banja through a public collection of bids.

Four lots have been offered again. The first one consists of Hotel Beli Izvor and the eponymous annex on Goc, as well as two side buildings, the value of which, according to the ad, has been estimated at RSD 19,064,800.00.

The second lot consists of artworks, paintings from Hotel Sloboda and the Tara mansion. They have been estimated at RSD 714,500.00, the ad says.

Equipment and inventory from Hotel Sloboda, worth RSD 1,838,363.00, are offered as the third lot, whereas the fourth one consists of movable property – equipment and inventory from Ekonomat and Magacin facilities, worth RSD 914,330.00.

This is the fifth attempt at a sale of the property of HTP Fontana in bankruptcy.

As eKapija learns, there were interested parties at the previous attempt at a sale, but the offers proved to be unacceptable.

Closed bids, the ad says, are to be sent by November 9, at 11.45 am, to the address of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, whereas the public opening of the bids will take place on the same date at noon.

Let us remind that the sale of the property of HTP Fontana in bankruptcy, consisting of some of the most famous buildings in Vrnjacka Banja, started in late March, when Zepter bought Hotel Zvezda with an equipped congress center at an auction for EUR 1.45 million.

After a sales ad was placed in October 2017, Zepter also bought Hotel Zvezda 2 for EUR 652,542.

The cult cafeteria Svajcarija was taken over by Aciko Komerc, a local caterer from Kraljevo, for EUR 911,000, and Energotehnika Juzna Backa became the owner of Hotel Fontana for slightly over a million euros.
