China's Shandong sole bidder for concession for four garages in Belgrade

The Chinese company Shandong is the sole bidder at the public call of the City of Belgrade for the partnership in the construction of four underground garages – Student Square, Republic Square, Kosovska Street and Fruskogorska Street, stated Deputy Mayor Goran Vesic, as reported by Beoinfo.

Vesic said that the competent commission had until October 23 to examine the bid and reach the decision on whether to accept or reject it.

– If the commission accepts Shandong's bid, the deadline for the signing of the agreement on concession is November 23 – Vesic said.

On October 1, 2018, in Republika Srpska, Shandong was awarded the concession for the construction of the Banjaluka-Prijedor highway, worth around EUR 300 million.
