New auction for sale of Subotica-based "Zorka" on March 25th

The Privatization Agency has announced the new tender for sale of Subotica-based "Zorka", that is, for joint sale of bankrupted debtors "Zorka Klotild 1904" Ltd., public company "Zorka hemijska industrija" and "Zorka Klotild 1904 Trade" Ltd.

These three companies will be offered for sale as a package, and the starting price at public auction, which is scheduled for March 25th, amounts to 460m RSD. That price is 20% lower than the initial one, that is, the one that was determined on the occasion of the first auction for sale of the factory.

The first auction was held at the end of January, but it was unsuccessful because there were no interested bidders.
