"Ratar" finally privatized - new owner is Belgrade-based "Batas International"

Public agricultural company "Ratar" from Jaša Tomić has finally obtained the new boss. After two unsuccessful sales, "Ratar" has been bought by Belgrade-based company "Batas International" at the starting price of 150m RSD.

"Ratar" owns 1,300 ha of agricultural land and it cultivates additional 250 ha. More than 400 ha of land is equipped with the irrigation system.

The machines are in poor condition since the last one was procured in the 1990's.
