Building land in Zmic Industrial Zone in paracin up for sale

Based on the Law on Planning and Construction and the Decision on Building Land of the Paracin Municipality , the city of Paracin has placed an ad for the alienation of the construction land carried out through written bid collection.

Undeveloped building land in the Zmic Industrial Zone is up for sale for the purpose of building construction on the property. There are 15 plots of building land, the smallest one has the surface area of 20 ares and the largest covers the area of 223 are.s The initial price of the building land is EUR 317.35 per are calculated in dinar countervalue according to the NBS middle rate on the payment date.

The ad expires six month after the publication date, which is August 10, 2018 and the first bids will be opened on September 10, 2018 at 10 am. The bids will also be opened on every 10th of the month at 10am in the Directorate or the Department for Property-Legal Affairs.
Only the bids that arrive until the the 9th of the month will be considered.

The party who gets the ownership of the building land in Zmic industrial zone has an obligation to obtain a building permit and to start the construction within 18 month after they receive the certificate from the corresponding authority and to conform the plot to its designated use.

Interested parties can procure necessary documentation as well as other graphical and textual forms from the Department for Urban Planning and Property-Legal Affairs in the Directorate for Urban Planning, Finances, Municipal and Common Affairs.
