Third International B2B forum SEE MEET 2018 to be held on October 10-11 - Applications by September 7

The third International B2B forum SEE MEET 2018 in cooperation with Serbian Chamber of Commerce will be held on October 10-11 2018 in Habakuk Hotel in Maribor, Slovenia.

The business event offers a platform for companies from Southeast Europe to establish new business connections with companies from Northwest Europe. The focus of this year`s event will be on agriculture, manufacturing industries (wood, metal, plastic), digitization, information and communication technology (ICT), energy efficiency and other sectors.

SEE MEET 2018 is organized by Maribor Development Agency in cooperation with the Slovenian Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, SPIRIT Slovenia Agency and other partners. You can get more information on the event on www.seemeet.si. website

The members of the Slovenian Business Club who own a company in Serbia are provided with a special registration fee at EUR 100, VAT of 22% not included.

The cost of the fee is for one company member and includes the entry to business conference , up to 15 pre-arranged meetings in duration of 25 mins, a full meal during the two days, gala dinner on the first day, refreshments during breaks and access to the SEE MEET Slovenia 2018 online catalogue of registered companies for 1 year. Travel and accommodation costs are not included. The accommodation in the Habakuk Hotel is recommended and reservations can be made through hotel reservation booking form on SEE MEET event website.

“Delegation Leader” field must include “Slovenian Business Club” in order to gain access to the special registration fee. After the registration is complete the participants will receive pro-forma invoice for registration payment.

After the payment is complete the participants must fill out their business profile on the SEE MEET Forum website. The online catalogue will be available from September 24 to October 5 2018 when the meetings schedule will be arranged.
