AD Putevi Sremska Mitrovica in bankruptcy up for sale – Final bid submission deadline October 3

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the bankruptcy debtor AD Putevi Sremska Mitrovica as a legal entity with the most important pieces of property.

The offer includes two management buildings of 269 m2 and 152 m2 and a utility building (garage) of 524 m2 in Sremska Mitrovica.

The moveable and the immoveable property being sold as part of the legal entity is described in detail in the sales documentation.

The estimated value of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity is RSD 194,741,896.00.

The deadline for the buyout of the documentation is September 26, 2018.

The final deadline for the submission of bids is October 3, at 10:45 am, whereas the public opening of the bids will be held on the same date at 11 am at the Novi Sad Department of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.
