Second Belgrade Gastronomic & Enology Festival from September 7 through 9 in Skadarlija – Cheese, ajvar and wine on draft

On September 7, at 5.30 pm, in front of the Djura Jaksic House, the festival will be opened by Mayor of Belgrade Zoran Radojicic.
Friday through Sunday, from 5 pm till 11 pm, from the Tri Sesira restaurant along the lower part of Skadarska Street, renowned producers of food, drinks and souvenirs will exhibit their goods on stands, and draft wine will also be served.
Around 50 exhibitors are expected to take part: wineries from all over Serbia – from Subotica to Kosovo and Metohija, distilleries, producers of delicacies, cheese, honey, ajvar, producers of souvenirs...
On the first day of the festival, 20 renowned wineries from Serbia will present their products to guests from the fields of diplomacy, politics and business, in the garden of the Velika Skadarlija restaurant. The president of the Wine Roads of Serbia Association, Zoran Rapajic, will also hold a short lecture on the royal wineries of Serbia.
As the organizers emphasize, the aim of the 2nd BEGEF is to install the signalization on the recently formed Wine Road Belgrade, as well as to continue promoting wine tourism and cultural, wine and gastronomic offer of Belgrade and Serbia.
