Forma Ideale Kragujevac buys Metal Sistemi for around EUR 4.7 million

Kragujevac-based Forma Ideale has bought Metal Sistemi factories in bankruptcy at the price of RSD 557,090,565 (around EUR 4.7 million), it was confirmed for our portal at the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency. Metal Sistemi, also based in Kragujevac, was bought as a legal entity.

Let us remind that Metal Sistemi used to produce all types of roller chains and processing equipment. The company was formed through the privatization of one part of the former giant factory Filip Kljajic and Zastava Procesna Oprema. Following the strikes due to the bad privatization, the state became the majority owner of Metal Sistemi in May 2011.

Forma Ideale was the only bidder at the first public call, and it is not yet known what the further plans for the Kragujevac-based company are.
