Tunisian-Serbian business forum on February 27 in Chamber of Commerce of Serbia
Tunisian-Serbian business forum will be organized on
February 27 in the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (PKS) and, on that occasion,
bilateral contracts for cooperation in the areas of economy and trade will be
signed between Serbia and Tunis.
According to the announcement of the Embassy of Tunis to Belgrade, the Forum
will be a stimulus for economic and trade cooperation, and it will contribute
to establishment of direct links between the business communities of Serbia and
Tunis.
Tunis and Serbia maintain traditionally friendly relations, so that the
promotion of cooperation is joint concern.
It has been announced that the Forum will be opened in the presence of the
Minister of Trade and Vocation of Tunis, Ride Tuiti, and Serbian Minister of
Trade, Slobodan Milosavljević.
According to the estimates from the Forum in Davos, Tunis is the most competitive country in Africa and it is the 32nd on the list of 131 industrially developed and underdeveloped countries.
Tunis is the first South Mediterranean country to sign the Association contract with EU, and over 80% of Tunisian products are exported to European Union.
