Serbian Association of Managers and CIPE to organize large gathering of entrepreneurs and representatives of Government of Serbia at round table “Serbia in 2009 – Growth, Stagnation or Recession” on March 16, 2009
Serbian Association of Managers and Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) are going to implement project Improvement of business environment for development of private sector in Serbia through promotion of the dialogue between business public and creators of economic policy.
The basic aim of the project is the establishment of Business Forum through dialogue between public and private sector. This Forum will take active part in creation of frameworks and implementation of the recommendations, defined by the consensus of key collocutors from business, expert and political spheres of public life, in the areas that are important for further reforms that will lead to the establishment of sustainable, internationally competitive and export-oriented economy sector.
The second round table ”Serbia in 2009 – Growth, Stagnation or Recession“ will take place on March 16, 2009, in hotel Hyatt, between 10 AM and 1 PM. The introduction speech will be held by Professor Boško Živković, the regular professor at the Faculty of Economy in Belgrade. The Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, Mr Božidar Đelić, the Minister of Economy and Regional Development, Mr. Mlađan Dinkić, and the Minister of Finance, Ms. Dijana Dragutinović, are going to present the Government’s positions about the effects of expected measures in the following period.
The moderator of the meeting will be Ms. Jelena Galić, a member of the Administrative Board of the Association of Managers. The meeting will be opened by Slobodan Vučićević, the President of the Association.
