Slovenian company "SADA-B" wants majority share in "Jugoalat"
Slovenian company "SADA-B" from Slovenske Konjice has announced the offer for takeover of 65.4% of Novi Sad-based company BG Group “Jugoalat” on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
The bidder who became the owner of 108,806 common stocks of the manufacturer of basic metals and standard metal goods in February 2008 wants to acquire another 205,713 stocks, and it offers the price of 68 RSD per stock.
The accounting value of these stocks amounted to 603.21 RSD on December 31, 2007, while the average pondered price in the last three months amounted to 67.29 RSD.
The current price of the stocks of BG Group "Jugoalat" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is 63 RSD, which is also their lowest price ever. The maximum price amounted to 1,499 RSD, and it was reached in mid-May 2007.
The bid will be closed on March 9th.
Slovenian company intends to maintain and expand the activities of BG Group "Jugoalat", as well as to improve the product portfolios, increase scope and types of services that the Novi Sad-based manufacturer of tools provides, and improve the efficiency and productivity of work.
