Hotel InterContinental, offices, shopping and restaurants – Here’s what EUR 130 million Delta Center New Belgrade will look like

Delta Holding is planning to open three construction sites in the capital of Serbia, worth a total of EUR 400 million, one of which is the new project Delta Center in block 19, which the company presented early last week in Belgrade.

The new complex will be located in Milentija Popovica Street, behind the Banca Intesa building, next to the Sava Business Center. As eKapija learns from the company, it will also contain Hotel InterContinental Belgrade on 26,000 m2, whereas office space is to take up the same amount of surface.

The center will also include an exclusive shopping zone and restaurants on 5,000 m2, a large plaza on 7,500 m2 and an underground parking garage with around 600 spaces.

– The entire business complex will feature a modern look and will be a unique green business oasis, and the investment is worth EUR 130 million – the company points out for our portal.

The Delta Center project, they add, is being carried out by the London office of the world-renowned Gensler studio, which has left its stamp on Facebook’s London office building, Hotel Ritz Carlton Dubai...

Delta Holding couldn’t specify when the construction of the complex in New Belgrade would begin. They only emphasize that the entire technical documentation has been prepared, that the funds have been secured and that Delta Real Estate is ready to open the construction site and commence the works within 15 days of the obtaining of the building permit.

Let us remind that, in addition to the Delta Center project, the construction of a new business building of Delta Holding is planned as well. It will be located between Hotel Crowne Plaza and NBGP apartments, in Vladimira Popovica Street.

This building, they say, will take up 23,335 m2 with its two underground tiers and 11 floors. It will have 9 floors of office space, a meeting room, a restaurant for the employees, a fitness center and nearly 200 parking spaces in the garage.

Also, Delta Real Estate is still waiting for the building permit for the Delta Planet shopping center.
