"Bačkatrans" on third auction on January 23rd

The Privatization Agency has scheduled new auction for sale of Transportation Company "Bačkatrans", the last public company in Municipality of Vrbas, for the 23rd of January. Total estimated value of the capital that will be privatized amounts to 51,977,000 RSD or 591,494 EUR, which represents 50.6% of total capital of this company.

The starting price on the auction is 5,198,000 RSD, the minimum amount of investments is 11,312,000 RSD, while the deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 2,599,000 RSD or 29,577 EUR. The most important property of "Bačkatrans" is the administrative building, the maintenance hall and the dispatcher center with the reception desk. The company also has building and agricultural land at its disposal.
