Italian "Pometon SPA" wants to move production from Venice to Bor

Alesandro Paseti, the President of Italian company "Pometon SPA", one of the largest manufacturers of metal powders in Europe, wants to close the company’s unit in Venice and to move complete production to Bor.

The Italian company and Bor-based Copper Smelter and Refinery already have joint venture for production of metal powders "Pometon TIR", 51% of which is owned by the company from Venice.

In case of new investments in the joint venture, annual production will grow from 1,500 to about 2,400 tons of copper powder.
