New collective contract in Tobacco Industry of Nis – employees will be awarded based on individual contribution

The Management of the Tobacco Industry of Nis, operating as a part of “Philip Morris International”, and the factory’s union signed a new collective contract which will start with function from January, 1st, 2009.

As it was announced, the new collective contract will be valid for 3 years.

The new contract is in the accordance with the General collective contract valid on the territory of Serbia, but it also introduces awarding of the employees based on their individual contribution, as well as international training of the employees.

- New collective contract improves the conditions of work in this company and it represents a significant event for us in the year in which we will mark a 5th anniversary as a part of “Philip Morris”, it stands in Tobacco Industry Nis announcement.
