“ZAO Tehnika servis” and Dragan Rodic offer one million euros for FKL

Agency for privatization announced today (December, 24, 2008) that they had opened the offers for the purchase of FKL and that a consortium, made of “ZAO Tehnika servis” company from Voronjez and Dragan Rodic, offered a price of one million euros.

As it stands in the announcement, the consortium as the only bidder on this tender, should complete its documentation and remove slopiness from the papers until December, 30th. This is the 3rd time that the Agency requested additions to the documentation.

The consortium offered investments of one million euros in the coming 5 years and it accepted minimum offers of the social program.

On the tender, published in July, 2008, it was offered 63% of the capital of this Temerin based company which manufactures vehicle parts, agricultural machines, construction mechanization and mining equipment.

FKL products are sold in the countries of Europe, America, Asia and Africa.

In 2007, the factory has net profit of around 7,5 million dinars, and the factory has 561 workers.
