Turkish Tai Group to initiate production in Kraljevo in mid-2018 – Clothes plant to employ first 55 workers

The Turkish textile company Tai Group, which purchased the property of Autotransport Kraljevo at the beginning of the year, will open the first production line in these facilities in mid-2018, Novosti reports.

The people of Kraljevo are very interested in working at the company, and more than a thousand people left their CVs at the recently held Job Fair, including textile workers, former workers of ruined companies and graduates of various vocational schools.

The clothes plant is to employ 55 workers initially – five supervisors and 50 operators-interns.

– The first production lines will open in mid-2018, whereas the opening of one of the main facilities is planned for the final quarter of 2018 – General Manager of Euro Tai Srbija, Burak Kararslan, says and adds that another 200 production workers will be employed soon, and that as many as 2,500 will be employed over the next four years.
