Company "Jutra" again on auction on December 19 – starting price of 4.19m EUR

Privatization Agency has announced today (November 27, 2008) that the third auction for sale of company Jutra, owned by public company Yugoimport SDPR, will be organized on December 19th.

According to the website of the Agency, starting price for the company that deals with production, processing and trade in fruit and vegetables will be 4.19m EUR, the same as at the unsuccessful auction that took place on November 21st.

Deadline for takeover of selling documentation, which costs 40,000 RSD, expires on December 10, while the deadline for submission of applications for participation in public auction expires on December 11. The deposit for participation in public auction amounts to 418,880 EUR.

Company "Jutra" owns a complex for production of brandy with modern distillery and cellars, cold storage plant with the capacity of 3,000 tons, fruit and mushroom kiln and the tea packaging line in village of Koštunići.

That complex also includes the line for production of chips with the warehouse for 3,000 tons of potato, as well as raspberry field at about 3 ha.
