The Croatian company Altpro is interested in investing in Indjija, it was announced on the municipality's website following the visit of the municipality's president, Vladimir Gak, to Zagreb, during which he met with the company's director, Zvonimir Viduka.

Altpro produces and develops signalization and safety equipment for rail vehicles and infrastructure and is one of the few producers of such equipment in the world.

The majority of the employees are highly qualified and their products are present in 47 countries on six continents.

Viduka presented the company's production program and the development strategy in the upcoming period. Viduka highlighted the expansion of the production capacities in Serbia and penetration of new markets as one of the priorities.

The company's management expressed the wish to visit the municipality of Indjija in order to see the benefits the Serbian municipality offers to interested investors firsthand.

Gak pointed out that the fully equipped industrial zone and the favorable geographic position make Indjija the best of all places in Serbia to invest in. He mentioned the fact that there were over three million residents within the radius of 50 kilometers as another advantage, making for a constant source of workforce of all profiles.
