"Triglav Kopaonik osiguranje" collected 16m EUR worth of premiums in first nine months
Slovenian group "Triglav" collected 589.3m EUR worth of premiums in the first nine months of this year, 16m EUR of which were collected by Serbia-based "Triglav Kopaonik osiguranje".
According to the preliminary data, from January until September 2008, "Zavarovalnica Triglav" collected premiums worth 589.3m EUR, "Triglav - Zdravstvena zavarovalnica" - 44.2m EUR, "Triglav Osiguranje" - 41.1m EUR, "Lovćen Osiguranje" - 26.8m EUR, "Triglav Pojištovna" - 21m EUR, "Vardar Osiguruvanje" - 17.1m EUR, "Triglav-Kopaonik Osiguranje" - 16m EUR, "Triglav BiH Osiguranje" - 13.1m EUR and "Triglav Krajina Kopaonik" - 3.7m EUR.
- The premiums collected by daughter insurance and reinsurance companies represents 23.7% of non-consolidated premiums of the insurance companies within the group. In total, the premiums of daugther insurance companies grew by 13% against the same period last year. The premiums collected by the insurance companies within "Triglav" group in the first nine months of this year are at the level of the projected ones, so that we estimate that the value of insurance premiums will reach 1 billion EUR by the end of the year - said Andrej Kocič, the President of Administration of "Zavarovalnica Triglav".
