Construction of "Boulevard Center" in Novi Sad goes as planned - the biggest investment in business-residential complex in Vojvodina at the moment
Construction of one of the most luxurious residential-business facilities in Vojvodina, "Boulevard Center" in Novi Sad, goes as planned and the rough construction should be finished by the end of year 2008. As Zoran Ćulum, the CEO of "Aleksandar Gradnja", which is the investor of this big development project worth 35m EUR, explained at Investment Fair INVESTEXPO in Novi Sad, the contracting of finishing and interior works on this luxury bulding is underway.
By the way, according to the project that was elaborated by company "Lamda studio", "Boulevard Center" consists of two parts - business and residential - at total surface of 50,000 square meters. The business part of the building occupies 16,000 square meters it comprises business premises whose average size is about 600 square meters. According to the project, a swimming pool with cafe bar will be built on the top of the business building, while a modern spa and fitness center and a restaurant with the view of Novi Sad will be situated in the attic of the facility. Garage space, physically and technically secured, should have about 250 parking places.
- Interest in the office space in this facility is huge, so that the outlets on the ground floor have already been leased or sold, while the negotiations about rental or sale of 10,000 square meters of office space are underway – Ćulum explained.
Residential part of the facility will comprise 200 apartments. In addition to luxury apartments, which will be situated in bulding A, there are also so-called "penthouse" apartments in the attic with the view of the Boulevard, attractive duplexes and "penthouse" apartments with the view of Novosadskog Sajma Street at maximum 315 square meters.
All apartments will be top furnished. The indoor carpentry is made of mediapan, the floors are combination of ceramics and super-class parquet floor, and all apartment will have video intercom.
