Mila Korugic Milosevic new chairwoman of Komercijalna Banka Managing Board

Mila Korugic Milosevic is the new chairwoman of the Managing Board of Komercijalna Banka Belgrade, as per a decision by the bank's GM.

At the session held on January 29, 2018, the GM relieved the former chairman, Vladimir Krulj, from his duties. The newly appointed chairwoman will hold the position for four years.

At the same session, Mats Kjaer was relieved of the duties of an independent member of the Managing Board and Javed Hamid was appointed to the position for a period of four years.

The GM of Komercijalna Banka adopted the bank's strategy and business plan for the 2018-2020 period at the same session.

The adopted decisions, as well as the minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders, are published on the Bank's website.
