Agreement on construction of new Faculty of Organizational Sciences building – Capacity to expand by 320 students a year

The agreement on the construction of a new building of 7,619 square meters was signed at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences on January 29, 2018, in the presence of Prime Minister Ana Brnabic.

The construction of the new building will enable the faculty to enroll 750 new students each year, instead of 430, which is part of the activities of the Government of Serbia on upgrading the science and innovation ecosystem of Serbia.

The state has set aside EUR 5 million from the loan of the European Investment Bank (EIB), and the agreement envisages an investment of RSD 60 million in the equipping of the building from the faculty's own funds.

The agreement on the realization and the financing of the project of the construction of the new building of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences was signed by Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Mladen Sarcevic, the minister without a portfolio in charge of innovation and technological development, Nenad Popovic, the director of the Public Investment Management Office, Marko Blagojevic, and the faculty's dean, Milija Suknovic.

Dubravka Negre, Head of EIB Regional Representation for the Western Balkans, also attended the signing.
