Google offering cooperation to Slovenian companies

Representatives of Google, who are visiting Slovenia these days, have offered cooperation to several small and medium companies, and they've also met with representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, SEEbiz reports.

At the meeting, they proposed projects that might strengthen the exporting potential of Slovenia.

They presented the center for helping small and medium enterprises that Google recently opened in Warsaw. The center covers the territory of Slovenia as well.

As Marta Poslad, Google representative for Central and Eastern Europe, said, they are looking for “the true European spirit of innovation” in the states of the region. She pointed out that she saw Slovenia as one of the states in the region with highly developed digital skills and knowledge.

According to her, Slovenia is also successful in the segment of startups, and she also believes that the connecting between corporations and startups is becoming increasingly more important.
