Ras Lift first enterprise in Serbia to be registered electronically

The first registration using the electronic application system at the Business Registers Agency was carried out on Friday, January 5, 2018. The enterprise in question is Ras Lift, an elevator service from Novi Banovci, the Agency announced.

The founder filled out an e-form, signed it with the e-signature, and paid the founding fee electronically, by card, the press release says.

As the application form had been filled-out properly, the decision on the founding was published on the website of the Business Registers Agency shortly. The founding of this enterprise was thereby completed without having to visit a single counter, allowing for considerable amounts of time and money to be saved.

Let us remind that the electronic registration of entrepreneurs in Serbia started on January 1, 2018, but that it is still possible to register by visiting the Agency's premises. As announced, online founding of companies will be enabled in the upcoming period as well.
