Seminar "Structuring mergers and acquisitions: creating shareholder value" commenced in Belgrade

In Belgrade-based hotel "Holiday Inn", seminar "Structuring mergers and acquisitions: creating shareholder value", organized by South European Center for Contemporary Finance and BDO BC Excel led by professor Oyvind Norlija from Norwegian School of Mangement, began on Thursday, October 16, 2008.

The seminar will last until October 18 and it will encompass all aspects of merger and takeover of companies.

Participants in the seminar will be making so-called "case-study", which will help them grasp all the problems that accompany takeover and merger of companies. The participants are coming from the companies members of BDO group from several countries, as well as from some local companies.
