Tender for sale of MSK Kikinda placed – Initial price EUR 38.5 million

The Ministry of Economy has placed a tender for a public auction for the sale of the capital of Metanolsko-Sircetni Kompleks a.d. Kikinda.

The initial price is EUR 38.5 million, and local and foreign legal persons, registered for production of chemicals, with a realized income of at least EUR 150 million in the past business year, may take part in the procedure.

The contest is open until February 9, 2018.

As RTS reports, the Government says that there are investors interested in the privatization of MSK Kikinda, as two letters of interest were sent during the previous public invitation.
