Karisma Hotels & Resorts starts renovating Ulcinj Riviera

The international hotel group Karisma Hotels & Resorts has started reconstructing former hotels Bellevue and Olympic near Ulcinj, the group announced.

The hotels, as announced, will become a part of the Holiday Village Montenegro complex run by Karisma Hotels & Resorts.

The entire complex, as they announced, will be realized in three phases of development, and the group plans to complete the first phase of the Holiday Village Montenegro project by May 1, 2018. The works on the Bellevue building are currently being carried out in three shifts, and the hotel will receive the four-star category following the reconstruction.

Holiday Village Montenegro, once realized, will have 257 rooms, 4 pools, 4 restaurants, 4 bars and spa centers, sports courts and adventure park for children.

– Holiday Village has been recognized as a successful family concept, and it will contain, in addition to accommodation capacities, interesting additional features such as an adventure park, pools and sports courts. Karisma is developing the concept together with its strategic partner, the biggest tour-operator in the world, the company TUI – the press release says.

In realizing its projects, Karisma pays special attention to engaging local companies.

– A project as important as this couldn't be realized without the participation of important Montenegrin companies, among which are the main contractor, Novi Volvox Podgorica, Ramel Niksic, LD Gradnja Niksic, Dram Podgorica, Final Trade Bar and Tapacir Kurti Ulcinj – Karisma says.

Let us remind that the Government of Montenegro leased HTP Ulcinj Riviera to Karisma Hotels & Resort for a period of thirty years.
