MK Group acquires luxury hotel complex Skiper Resort in Istria

(Hotel complex Skiper Resort in Istria) The Austrian company HETA, together with companies HETA Beteilingungen GmbH and Istrian Hotels, a member of MK Group, signed an agreement on the sale of 100% stake in all the companies of Skiper Group on October 17, 2017.

As MK Group said, Istrian Hotels sent the best bid at the international tender for the purchase of this luxury complex on the Adriatic, which was completed in late September. All the transaction arrangements are expected to be completed in the upcoming weeks, following which MK Group will have another hotel complex in its portfolio.

Skiper Group is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Croatian coast, right next to the coastline, providing a gorgeous view to the Slovenian and the Italian coast. They also own and manage accommodation and tourist capacities in Savudrija, Istria, which include a luxury hotel, unequipped luxury mansions and apartments and equipped apartments of medium and high class. Skiper Resort also contains the Kempinski residence, which offers 22 luxury mansions. Each one has its own pool and a spacious yard with plenty of vegetation, allowing for additional privacy. Next to the accommodation facilities are a private beach, a luxury spa-center and a golf court with 18 holes and other sports and recreation features, adds the press release by MK Group.
