"Lohr" announced new investments in Vojvodina
French company "Lohr", which opened the factory of transporters for transportation of automobiles a year ago in Vojvodina, has announced that it will continue with the investments and expand production.
These promises were made to the highest provincial functioners during today's talks in Novi Sad by the Executive Manager of "Lohr GRoup", Kristijan Fiti, and the CEO of "Lohr" Bačka Topola, Jean-Pierre Balu.
The guests from France were received by the President and Vice President of the Executive Council of Vojvodina, Bojan Pajtić and Ištvan Pastor, while the President of the Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund (VIP), Branislav Bugarski, participated in the talks.
Pajtić pointed out that the provincial administration would continue to create favorable ambience for foreign investments in order for new jobs to be made and economic development of Vojvodina accelerated.
"Lohr" Bačka Topola has about 200 workers and it annually produces 1,000 trucks-transporters for transportation of passenger automobiles intended for export, of which value amounts to 60m EUR.
