Jagodinska Pivara up for sale – Initial price RSD 355.5 million

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put Jagodinska Pivara (Jagodina Brewery) up for sale, in line with the decision on bankruptcy reached by the Commercial Court of Kragujevac.

The initial price is RSD 355.5 million.

Among the most important items of property of the bankruptcy debtor is the operating complex in Jagodina, that is, 41 facilities in the factory area, office and storage facilities in locations in Nis, Krusevac and Pozarevac, the brewery’s equipment and claims.

The deadline for the purchase of the documentation is October 20, and the public bidding will be held on October 27, 2017, at 11 am at the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade.
