VUCIC: Czech Tatra in 14.oktobar Krusevac

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic stated on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, that the Czech company Tatra would “enter” the Krusevac-based company IMK 14. oktobar.

– Tatra is entering the ruined 14. oktobar in Krusevac, whose citizens now have another reason to be optimistic and happy – Vucic told RTS.

On February 8, 2017, bankruptcy was declared in IMK 14. oktobar, which used to have 8,000 employees.

Representatives of the Czech company Tatra visited Krusevac and IMK 14. oktobar last year. Since then, it has been announced several times, mostly by local officials, that Tatra will buy the former Krusevac giant.
